Wendy is the Events and Ambassadors Director at Compassion. She is passionate about justice, equality, leadership, music and seeing people fulfil their God given potential. Wendy is privileged to serve on the EA Council, the fusion council, YFC council and the Awaken Movement International Board. She’s often seen wearing Converse trainers.


amy ford - dallas, TX

Amy is the President and Co-Founder of Embrace Grace. She is passionate about inspiring the church to BE the church by reaching out into communities and inviting the hurting and broken into a spiritual family. Embrace Grace small groups supporting single and pregnant women, and the families involved, are in churches all across the US and Canada, making the church a safe place for them to run to instead of away from because of shame and guilt. Amy is a speaker and author of the book, A Bump in Life. She is married to Ryan and have four children.


Debra Green, OBE - manchester, ENGLAND

Debra Green is the National Director and Founder of Redeeming Our Communities (ROC), founded in 2004. She is frequently asked to speak at events and conferences. She also speaks at conferences organised by statutory authorities and public services. Debra has twenty years of experience in bringing organisations together towards the goal of social transformation, starting with her home city of Manchester. Since 2003, this work has expanded and she has acted as a consultant to many other towns and cities with significant results. Debra is married to Frank and has four grown up children.


PAUL HARCOURT - London, England

Paul leads All Saints’ Woodford Wells, one of the key churches in North East London. With his wife Becky, he is on the leadership team for the New Wine stream of churches in London and the South East, and regularly speaks at conferences and training events. He has particular responsibility in New Wine as the Regional Network Leader for London and the South East, overseeing nearly 20 networks of leaders across the region. Paul and Becky have two children, Joshua and Rachel – and have learnt a lot about God’s grace through coping with Joshua’s autism.



Jorge Molina was born in El Salvador and grew up during the civil war there. He came to the United States when he was 12 years old and graduated from Pensacola Christian High School. Jorge graduated from Liberty University with a BS in Sociology in 1999. Jorge currently serves as the Pastor of Small Groups at Christ Fellowship in Miami, Florida, one of the largest unchurched cities in the country. Jorge and his wife, Jessica have four children, Gabriela, Nadia, Selah, and Elias. Jorge enjoys hanging out with his family, spearfishing, and serving the people of Miami.

Rev. Dr. Mike Moynagh - OXFORD, ENGLAND

Mike Moynagh is based at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford and is a consultant on theology and practice to UK Fresh Expressions. He researches and lectures widely on new forms of church, with 'BEING CHURCH, DOING LIFE'. Creating gospel communities where life happens' as his most recent book. He is an ordained minister in the Church of England.



Cris Rogers is an author, speaker, pastor and church visionary. With his family and friends he has planted a church in the poorest estate in East London, dreaming that it will be an explosion of joy in the community. His' books include The Bible Book by Book, Practising Resurrection. Recently Cris also produced a small group DVD called The Rebels Guide to the Good News looking at how we live out and share this rebellious good news.


ROBERT TURNER - dallas, tx

Robert is the Founder and Director of Life of Praise, an international discipleship ministry that seeks to take the Gospel to some of the most difficult places in the world. With current work taking place in the UK, Turkey, Russia, Egypt, and the USA, their approach is to come alongside key national partners using Jesus’ relationship with His disciples as a model to disciple, mentor, and train, local believers. Robert and his family spent 8 years in London, England engaging in missional ministry, and helping to start Awaken London alongside Rob Peabody and family when they joined them there in 2011.
